Originally from northwest Missouri, Mykal Duncan attended Belmont University, graduating in 2021 with a Bachelor of Sciences in Songwriting and a minor in Music Business. During her time at Belmont University, Mykal had multiple internship opportunities with companies such as Unsigned Only and Warehouse West Entertainment.

 

Professionally, Mykal previously worked on the label side of the music industry with Pure Mosaic Records, where she handled release distribution, metadata management, and artist onboarding. She joined The Kinkead Entertainment Agency in February of 2026 as the Administrative Assistant.
